Our Mission

It is our mission to provide every patient we serve with the highest standard of excellence in orthodontic care and service. Our staff regularly attends seminars and conferences to learn new treatments, technologies, and the best patient care practices. We do our best to strike a balance between offering our patients the most effective treatments for their particular case, and getting you the smile of your dreams faster using the latest technologies.

As our patient, your needs are always our top priority. We want you to leave our office with a smile on your face, knowing that you received the best possible, personalized care delivered by a doctor and staff that truly cares about you and your orthodontic health.


We know that your time is valuable and we respect that. We work hard to make sure we see each patient at his or her scheduled time. In return, we ask that you please arrive on time for your appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. If something unexpected occurs that requires you cancel an appointment, we kindly ask that you give us a 24-hour advance notice so we can adjust our office schedule.

We will try to reschedule you as soon as possible, to ensure your treatment stays on track.


Part of our commitment to you is to help you get the most out of your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we cannot guarantee coverage as we can only estimate your coverage to the best of our ability. If there are any changes made to your insurance, please let us know right away.

Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a courtesy to you, we will gladly bill your insurance company for the services you receive. If claims are not paid within 60 days, you are responsible for the balance. If you have any insurance questions, our friendly staff is always available to answer them.
